KISSING GOD'S GRAVEL

A Book Release Experience & Exhibition by Diana Nguyen

About the Chapbook

In Nguyen’s first chapbook, Kissing God’s Gravel, they reflect on being first generation, Vietnamese American, learning through war, generational trauma, & suicide. All of their poems serve as prayers, pieces that lift them out of grief & into remembrance. Throughout their chapbook, Nguyen cries, sheds, jumps, falls, laughs, dies, and resurrects into more life.
